Delivery Policy
Liquor Junction offers delivery services as follows:
Local Delivery:

Available within Gauteng Province.
National Delivery:
-
Limited to major city centers in Gauteng.

Special deliveries outside of standard areas can be arranged through the General Manager of the store you’re ordering from (Benoni, Alberton, or Pretoria)
Regional Product Exception:

If your order includes items not stocked in your delivery region, a regional delivery fee will apply to cover the transfer of those products to your location.
Collections
Prefer to collect your order? No problem!

Please contact your selected store (Benoni, Alberton, or Pretoria) in advance to arrange a collection time.

Orders must be confirmed and paid for before collection can take place.
Important Delivery Conditions

A responsible Business owner or appointed Manager of the business must be present to sign for and receive the delivery.

Liquor Junction assumes responsibility only for items signed for upon delivery, in accordance with the delivery note or invoice.

We cannot leave parcels unattended under any circumstances.
Orders & Payments
To ensure efficient processing and delivery, please take note of the following:

Full payment is required for all goods prior to delivery which can be done instore prior to delivery date.

Payment must be cleared into our bank account on or before the day of delivery.

The preferred method of payment is Instant EFT from your bank to the stores POP email or ( Kazang,Shop2Shop,Thrive)
Order & Payment Process:

Submit your order to the relevant store (Benoni, Alberton, or Pretoria).

Our Quotations Team will process your order and send you a quotation for approval.

Once you approve the quote, you must send Proof of Payment (POP) via your bank to the provided Liquor Junction email address.

Upon receipt of the POP:
-
The Quotations Team will confirm receipt.

The Picking Team will begin preparing your order for delivery.

You will receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your order.
